Ricky Bell has repeated Divided Years, becomming the 4th person (1st local) to do so. Divided Years was put up by John Dunne in 1995. Seeing as it has not seen many repeats its hard to gage the 'true' grade of this magnificent route although it probably averages out at about E9 6c. Ricky was determined to do it placing all the gear on lead. As a result he took several falls on different attempts before finally completing the sequence of moves.

It is also worth mentioning that Ricky's good friend Si Moore who also happens to be a very good rock climber, is very close to completing the route. Having read another report on the days activities, we understand Si came within a nats testicle of completing it.

Finally done it!!! Ricky decending with a smile. Congratulations Ricky & don't give in Si!
